Terms of Service (TOS) for Wapplify Marketplace

Welcome to Wapplify Marketplace!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wapplify Marketplace website, located at www.wapplify.cloud, our desktop application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by NeuroCortex.ec, an Ecuadorian company with RUC 0704715408001 ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing, downloading, or uploading any extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. DISCLAIMER

Wapplify Marketplace is an independent resource provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Wappler.io or its parent company. We have kindly been granted permission to use the Wappler logo but are in no other capacity connected to or act on behalf of Wappler. The extensions available on this Platform are created by third-party developers.

2. Platform Description

Wapplify Marketplace is a platform that allows users to purchase, download, and install Server Connect and App Connect extensions for the Wappler.io software. It also allows developers ("Developers") to upload and sell their extensions to end-users ("Buyers"). Our desktop application (available for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu for NodeJS projects) syncs with your web account to manage your purchases, licenses, and installations.

3. Terms for Buyers

  • License Grant: When you purchase an extension, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that extension in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.
  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing, or sub-licensing any extension you purchase. Your license is for your use only.
  • One-Time Payment Model & Updates: A one-time payment grants you a perpetual license to use the extension in its current version and any updates released within one (1) year from the date of purchase. After the initial one-year period, access to future updates requires the purchase of an annual maintenance plan. You may continue to use the last version you were entitled to indefinitely without an active maintenance plan.
  • Payments: All payments for extensions are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full credit card or financial details.

4. Terms for Developers

Uploading Extensions: By uploading an extension, you represent and warrant that you own all intellectual property rights to the content or have the necessary permissions to sell it. You are solely responsible for the functionality, quality, and support of your extensions.

Revenue Sharing and Payouts: You earn a percentage of each sale based on your total sales volume, as follows:

  • Starter: From 0 to 10 sales. Your earnings will be 70%.
  • Essential: From 11 to 100 sales. Your earnings will be 75%.
  • Legendary: From 101 to 500 sales. Your earnings will be 80%.
  • Interstellar: More than 501 sales. Your earnings will be 85%.

Withdrawals:

  • Earnings can only be withdrawn to a valid PayPal account. It is mandatory for all Developers to have a PayPal account to receive payments.
  • You may request a withdrawal once your earnings balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.
  • Your final payout will be subject to PayPal's transaction fees (e.g., approximately 5%, subject to PayPal's policy). Wapplify will bear other administrative costs associated with the bank transfer to process the withdrawal, but the fee charged directly by PayPal for receiving funds will be deducted from your earnings.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform, without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, infringing on intellectual property rights, reselling extensions, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranty

The Platform and all extensions are provided "as is" without any warranty. NeuroCortex.ec is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of any extension downloaded from the Platform. The responsibility for the quality and functionality of an extension lies solely with the Developer who created it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
